About the role
We’re looking for a junior digital project manager to help us maintain, optimise and grow our impeccable track record of client satisfaction and retention.
Working closely with some of the sharpest technical minds in the industry, you will facilitate internal project workflows and engage with leading ecommerce clients to drive the continuous improvement of their ecommerce experiences.
Your responsibilities
As junior digital PM, you will coordinate tasks across a range of clients and test the quality of completed work before delivering projects on time and on budget. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Maintaining an impeccable standard of client service
- Working Agile with our design and development teams
- Maintaining visibility of project status across multiple clients
- Tracking time logs and reporting on velocity
- Scheduling work and resource planning
- Support system management
- Testing and quality assurance
About you
You’ll be an experienced, client-facing digital project manager, ideally specialising in ecommerce. You’ll bring loads of enthusiasm, initiative and a strong work ethic to owning the projects you manage.
Must haves:
- 2 years (minimum) in a similar role
- Understanding of ecommerce sites (either through personal use or industry experience)
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of the web design process
- Customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- High level of IT proficiency – especially in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent organisation and time management skills and the ability to multi-task context switch with ease
- Ability to manage client expectations and approach challenging conversations with confidence and candour
- Adaptive can-do attitude
Nice to haves:
- Experience working with the Magento Framework
- Familiarity with Jira or similar issue/ticket management system.
- Experience working on large enterprise-level projects
