We're hiring: B2B Marketing Manager

We're looking for a talented B2B marketing manager to join our sales and marketing team.

About the role

You’ll shape what this role becomes as we work together to turn our well-respected agency into a world-renowned one. Reporting to our Head of Strategy & Marketing and supported by our in-house content team, you’ll plan and execute campaigns that increase our brand visibility and differentiation.

Your responsibilities will be split across the following areas:

• Marketing Strategy
• Public Relations
• Coordination of partnerships and sponsorships
• Campaign management
• Digital Marketing
• Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram)
• Event management
• Basic design (supported by our Creative Director)
• Coordination of freelance support

About you‍

You should have experience in promoting high-value services (ideally for a creative, digital or design agency) and a deep understanding of the B2B customer journey.

You’ll need to be a hands-on marketer, ready to execute and optimise the ideas and campaigns you conceptualise.

Must-haves

• At least 2 years in a B2B marketing role
• An ability to demonstrate tangible results from your previous role(s)
• Genuine enthusiasm for the specific challenges of B2B marketing
• A proactive approach and growth mindset
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Great communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience of using:
• Email marketing platform
• CRM
• Social media management suite
• Design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud

Nice to haves‍

A degree in marketing or a related subject

Location‍

This role is based in our Edinburgh office on a hybrid basis.

Salary: From £32,000.00 per year
