About the role
Ecommerce websites are made up of thousands of interactions. As UX designer, you’ll be responsible for making every touchpoint count, strategising and creating friction-free designs that delight users and maximise commercial opportunity. UX is woven throughout our approach so you’ll contribute to projects from beginning to end and see your work make a real difference.
Your responsibilities
- Co-facilitating UX workshops to understand client needs and goals
- Contributing to quantitative and qualitative user research, including competitor and analytics analysis
- Creating use cases, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes and functional specifications
- Collaborating with visual design and developers to create sites that conform to all technical and commercial constraints
- Presenting wireframes to clients and providing rationale for key design choices
About you
You should have a natural talent for design and a sharp, strategic mind. You’re probably already working in a UX role and are ready to move into a position with more responsibility and autonomy.
Must haves
- 2 years’ experience in a UX designer role
- A natural passion for user experience and curiosity about emerging theories of UX
- Excellent research skills, including interview technique
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics
- Strong natural curiosity and empathy
- Strong alignment with our agency values
Nice-to-haves
- An interest in ecommerce brands, news, trends and design
- Agency experience
- Knowledge of tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
